"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. And I have provided my bank account details for refund on 11th April. But they never responded. Today is 21st April already. I have contacted hotels.com and they said...

"We were very comfortable at the cottage. Everything was very clean and host very responsive. They even offered to reserve a taxi for us at the arrival to the bus station. Kitchen equipped to cook meals for the family. Nice walk to downtown area. Enjoyed the washing machine directly in the bathroom. Very convenient. "
