This should be mentioned in the description. It seems like a 80s hotel that has not been updated a wink. The carpet in the rooms seemed like out of The Overlook Hotel from The Shining, that old. Scratched and old furniture. Extremely dated bathrooms. Unfriendly and cold staff. We were a group of five and had three rooms, each one more ancient than the next. Otherwise, good beds and duvets. However, the staff were not friendly or helpful, the room does not have any air system aside from a noisy stand up fan in the corner, and the walls are paper thin. The rooms are also very outdated and the beds are old and uncomfortable. If you stay here, don't expect to be able to ask for anything extra such as a pillow, as they will tell you no. We were visiting from outside the country. The guy at the reception during check-in seemed rude and absolutely not helpful. The lady at the checkout seemed good and charming. Parking is very limited, only 8 spaces for the whole hotel. Breakfast was okay but few more options would have been great. Also they doesn't seem to have a ramp for easy transfer of suitcases to/from the car. There are few to no amenities: no fridge, no laundry services, no ice machines, and we couldnt get an extra fan when we asked. Cleaning services were poor. They left the sheet and floor uncleaned. The place itself is more gloss than content. The day staff were nice enough, but the night "manager" was as lazy as he was useless (think: Basil Fawlty without the humour). When asked we got either incorrect or inaccurate information The breakfast (food, price, and staff) were quite good.
