Serenity awaits you at Blue Horizon! This magnificent 7 bedroom home provides guests with the luxury of 3 king en suites with private baths, breathtaking water views, and a private soundfront dock for fishing, boating, windsurfing, kiteboarding or enjoying sensational sunsets. Soak in the hot tub or swim in your 15x33 solar heated pool! Lower level has handicap accessible bedroom and bath. WiFi is available to keep you connected to the home or the office.

This casual reverse floor plan soundfront home is the perfect Outer Banks retreat for a special time with friends and family. Spectacular water views from every level. Game room with pool table, foosball, and wet bar. Tastefully decorated with overstuffed leather living room furniture. The home is located in the prestigious Wind Over Waves neighborhood with private sound access and soundside boat launch. The very best sound and sunset views on Hatteras Island!

Heated pool: 2nd week of April - 3rd week of October.

Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Handicap features: Lower level queen bedroom has 36" doorways. The top of the mattress is 28" from the floor. The bathroom attached to this bedroom has 2 handrails in the shower with a fold-down seat and hand-held shower head. The shower lip is 1.5". The commode seat is 18.5" from the floor and the pedestal sink is 33.5" from the floor.

Blue Horizon is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Blue Horizon includes credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 4th and October 19th, 2025 (7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!

Lower Level: Recreation room, kitchenette, half bath, 2 queen bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bath.

Mid Level: 2 king en suites, 2 pyramid bunk bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bath.
