This stunning oceanfront estate boasts 8 master bedrooms with large screen TVs and private baths with dual vanities and tile showers. Amenities include a theater room, den, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game and kitchenette, private swimming pool with wet deck, and underhouse lounge with ping pong table and poolside bar. Party poolside at the outdoor lounge area with seating around the pool for sunbathing and under the home for shade. The Tiki bar is nearby for relaxing with a snack as you watch the kids in the private pool and inset kiddie pool. The luxurious hot tub is mere steps away. Our family ages ranged from 13 to 85, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Family members with limited mobility appreciated the elevator, as did those of us who did large grocery runs at the beginning of our stay since the main kitchen is on the top floor. The views out toward the ocean are spectacular from the back decks on levels 2-4 (especially 4!), and we saw many deer wandering the dunes at dawn and twilight. The teens especially loved the arcade games (as did their GenX dads), and we all enjoyed family movie nights in the house theater, as well as fun games of pool/billiards. The swimming pool was closed for the season, but many of us took advantage of the hot tub. This Beach House is awesome in every way possible. The ocean views are amazing. You could sit on the outside decks and watch dolphins swim and play in the waves. The top floor living area and kitchen were beautiful. Big bedrooms with clean sheets and towels, and very comfortable beds were great. Perfect game room with pool table and a theater were awesome. Hot tub outside! Just an excellent vacation in a very clean, open and spacious home with plenty to do inside and out. ##### John B. We had a fantastic time for our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with pans, cooking appliances, silverware, linens and towels. Very spacious with plenty of activities throughout the house. Just a short walk from the beach and the balconies give a great view. There were also plenty of stores open nearby even in the off season. Our only issue was with the internet in the house. We had regular issues with getting devices and TVs connected, and this was never fully resolved during our stay. So much to do for all age groups. The entertaining floor was so much fun with the pool table, video games and the theater room. Loved the 2 washer and dryers. Kitchen was very well equipped even for a full Thanksgiving dinner. Views were amazing and tons of seating inside and out. The only suggestion would be a better grill. The downstairs outside area also had lots to do with ping pong and corn hole, but the grill was out of gas and very old. Overall, highly recommend!! ##### Richard N. ---
