    You'll be the envy of any doll when you stay at the beautiful oceanfront Victorian Dollhouse this year! Affording beautiful ocean views visible from large sundecks, this four-bedroom home offers beautiful furnishings and tons of great extras to help you have a fantastic vacation.

    The first floor offers a separate family room and two bedrooms. The second floor will be the main gathering place for your crew, with a third bedroom, a spacious great room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining room, while the third floor rounds out your living spaces with a primary bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and a comfy sitting room, perfect for reading a book or writing a postcard. When taking a break from the beach, enjoy lots of viewing entertainment with three TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo/CD player. You'll enjoy the added bonus of having streaming access to all your favorite movies and shows. For outdoor fun, enjoy a game on the shuffleboard court or relax in the seven-person hot tub in the screened-in porch, complete with bar and stools and two refrigerators.

    Convenient high-speed WiFi is available for your laptop when you want to stay connected while on vacation and you'll also get to enjoy a Free OBR Pool Pass in Avon for some additional aquatic fun.     Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.

    *Oceanfront homes are subject to beach nourishment projects scheduled by individual towns. Ask us about any planned beach nourishment in our area.*

Wonderful property and beach. Easy check in, and clean. Towels were provided which is wonderful, but they aren't a soft cotton. Bring towels. Great vacation, we would rent this house again..

Beautiful sunrises every day!! Just relaxed listening to ocean, completed puzzles, explored all villages and OBX. Great beach walks with dog owned the beaches, no one there!!!! Just too bad few restaurants open in winter down there!

House was beautiful and had a great layout! Neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking and bike riding. The beach was amazing. Perfect location not crowded- plenty of social distancing. We would definitely rent this property again.

A Spectacular View in a Wildlife Hotspot

The house was spotless when we arrived (though a bit outdated), and the view from the upper deck was tremendous. The kitchen was well-stocked for a week of cooking. Because we came in the off season, we often had our own private beach. We saw dolphins EVERY DAY, innumerable species of seabirds, and even a humpback whale slapping the sea in the far distance! The stargazing from the top deck was spectacular with many sightings of shooting stars. We had such a lovely week. I would highly recommend this stay.

Be ready to walk!

Yes it's on the beach BUT you have to walk up dunes then down dunes then across dunes to just get to the water. Pack everything you want because I can't see returning to the house for anything once you're on that beach. Cute home, nice size rooms, nice quiet location, must drive to everything, Christmas time meant very few restaurants were open or with limited hours of service.

Overall not bad definitely needs new dishwasher. All the other appliances worked great. Tv remotes did not work. Get used to doing some walking as it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but definitely worth it. Also you will get your stair steps in. The view from upstairs balcony is awesome. The house overall is great and take advantage of Atlantic Rentals to get Kayaks for the week. Just a heads up they do not come with car carriers so either bring your own or plan on using them only at your beach and it’s a bit of haul to drag them down.

This was my 2nd stay at Victorian Dollhouse in 2 years . House layout was good but may be difficult for older as there are steps to climb both outside and inside . House has 3 floors . House does need some updating as nothing had been done in the two years that I was at this house before . Water leak from 3rd floor came down to kitchen floor on 2nd floor after heavy rain . Double doors to deck from living room had a difficult way to lock and mesh door screens on living room deck were torn out . Hot tub was very nice and liked the enclosed tub although you had to go outside to an enclosed room . Kitchen was well stocked but no regular toaster - just a toaster oven . Great views of ocean especially from 3rd floor deck . Despite some needed updates I would come back to this house

Can’t say satisfied

I will say it needs some TLC. The home had many nice assets like the location was nice, house was cute, roomy and comfortable but there were things that could have been better just with a little effort. I will list a few areas that were issues. The dish washer did not work properly, queen bed on bottom floor was very hard, wall plug in the main floor bathroom did not work, kitchen sink leaked, bugs in light fixtures, the grill was dirty and the out side trash cans were full from previous renters when we arrived. I gave all these issues to management I will assume they will fix.
