Really lovely little villa with gorgeous pool and views

The villa is very attractive in lovely grounds with a great pool and stunning views of the sea. It is very small (no indoor lounge) but has everything you could need for a great holiday - very well equipped, comfortable beds, washing machine, bbq and lots of parking.

Relaxation and quiet yet close to many sights

We enjoyed our time at this lovely bright home. The pool provided great tranquilly and refreshment on hot days after touring. The distant view of the sea also lovely. Beaches are a very short drive or little longer walk. It’s a good space for small family. Note there is no indoor living room space but with the great climate we preferred sitting outside as much as possible anyway. Comfortable mattresses. Friendly owner.

Beautiful location and wonderful host

The location is great and very quiet. The beach, supermarket and restaurants can be reached on foot. Minor Problems at the house was immediately fixed by the nice and helpful host Maurizio. Even when I mishandled the stove, Maurizio came right away and fixed it.

Summer week in Marina di Pescoluse

Overall the house and stay in Marina di Pescoluse was fantastic. Checking in procedure worked well. The owner met up by the house on the agreed time. The house is clean and simple with the basics you need for a summer stay. For the crinkled shirts, the iron was good, an ironing board would have been even better. The pool was great, and necessary given the high temperatures in July. It was cleaned by the owners a couple of times during our one week stay. Walking to the beach takes around 20 minutes. The water is amazing but beaches are very crowded.

Villa Dei Desideree

Lovely property in good location. Great and friendly hosts. Just a few points for improvement. The property lacked any local information regarding bars/ restaurants etc but host was great in helping with that information when asked. Property needs repair of perimeter privacy fencing ( as described in the description) as there is a lack of this. Possibly a kettle as we resorted to boiling water in a saucepan as only a coffee machine available. Apart from those few things we had a great stay.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cette villa très sympa pour les vacances d'été, l'intérieur est petit mais l'extérieur très grand. La terrasse et la piscine sont parfaits pour manger et se détendre. A proximité d une très belle plage malheureusement bondée en plein mois d'août.

Das Haus liegt ideal etwas abseits in ruhiger Lage und doch sind es nur 10-15 Gehminuten zum schönen langen Sandstrand. Der Pool ist fantastisch und wurde regelmäßig ftühmorgens gereinigt. Die gesamte Anlage ist in sehr guten Zustand und es hat uns viel Freude bereitet dort zu wohnen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder

Ein absoluter Traum

Wir durften dieses wunderbare Anwesen für 2 Wochen Ende Oktober unser Eigen nennen. Es ist wirklich absolut wie im Inserat und auf den Bildern beschrieben. Ich finde sogar, es war in live noch beeindruckender. Wir waren hier mit unserem Hund, der den Garten genossen hat, der komplett eingezäunt ist. Der Pool war sehr sauber und tiefer als erwartet. Es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen und selbst im Oktober, konnten wir an 15 von 17 Tagen den Pool genießen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten, allerdings für einen Hundestrand muss man 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Das Doppelbett war wirklich bequem und man konnte beruhigt schlafen, da das Grundstück gut bewacht ist. Absoluter Pluspunkt: es sind an allen Fenstern Fliegennetze angebracht, wodurch man selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster keine Angst vor nächtlichen Schnackenattacken fürchten muss. Maurizio selbst war unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein absolut toller Gastgeber. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das Internet war nicht ganz so schnell und stabil, wie wir es gewohnt sind, aber das war zum Glück im Urlaub nicht so relevant.

Schöner Urlaub (fast immer) im Pool.

Das Grundstück ist super gepflegt mit einem grossen Pool, in den wir morgens, mittags und abends gebadet haben. Alles sehr sauber. Übergabe und Rückgabe ganz relaxed. Die EM-Spiele konnten wir auf der Terrasse ansehen.

Erholsamer an wunderbaren Lage

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool sind wunderbar. Auch die Aussicht, die Sonnenuntergänge und die Ruhe, zeichnen diese Villa aus. Maurizio war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt war für uns sehr stimmig, nur die Zeit ist zu schnell vergangen.

Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Haus von Maurizio. Alles war wunderbar. Schöne Lage mit Sicht aufs Meer und Pool beim Haus. Der Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt und Maurizio reagiert schnell bei Fragen und unterstützt gerne. Der Check-in und Check-out Prozess war sehr unkompliziert. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in der Villa! Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Bildern, super sauber und die Vermieter super freundlich und zuvorkommend! ☺️ Wir waren mit unseren 3 Hunden in der Villa, auch dafür war die Villa perfekt, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist! Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt, freuen uns jetzt schon auf einen weitern Besuch!

Maison cosy

Nous avons passé 2 magnifique semaines dans la maison qui se trouve à seulement 10min à pied de la magnifique plage (Maldives du Salento). La maison était très propre, bien située avec une belle piscine et le jardin est un paradis pour les chiens. Maurizio et son fils ont été tres disponibles et nous ont conseillé de tres bons restaurants. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit, nous y retournerons!

Per primo voglio fare un Brindisi fortissimo alla Famiglia Cosi, elevata Pulizia dell ambiente ogni giorno alla matino presto. Torneremo!

La proprietà è davvero un angolo di paradiso : riesce ad essere isolata dalla confusione del litorale, sebbene si trovi a pochi minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia. La parte esterna della casa ne rappresenta il punto forte; la parte interna offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno durante una vacanza estiva. Maurizio e suo figlio sono stati ottimi ospiti .

Sehr schön

Wir möchten uns sehr gerne bei Maurizio (die Ansprechperson vor Ort) für die gute Betreuung bedanken. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Geschirrspüler. Nach einer Nachricht an ihn kam er prompt und löste das Problem. Das Haus ist sehr sauber , auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Geschirr ist ausreichen vorhanden in einer sehr guten sauberen Qualität ( kein altes Geschirr das der Vermieter zuhause ausscheidet) Der naheliegende Strand ist nicht wirklich zufuß erreichbar. Dafür entschädigt ein sehr schöner Pool und ein tolles Panorama.

Entspannung pur an einem schönen, friedlichen Ort

Die neue, kleine Villa ist in traditionellem Stil erbaut und passt wunderbar in die ländliche Umgebung. Der Blick aufs Meer ist sehr schön, vom nicht ausgestatteten Balkon auf dem Haus kann man den Sonnenuntergang am besten miterleben. Aber auch vom grossen Garten mit dem herrlichen Pool, der jeden zweiten Tag frühmorgens diskret gereinigt wird, ist die Aussicht überall prächtig. Der ganze Umschwung ist gut gepflegt und es hat alles, was man sich wünscht: zwei Aussenduschen wovon eine mit herrlich heissem Wasser, eine Toilette draussen, eine Waschmaschine, sogar einen Aussen-TV...Das Haus innen ist gepflegt und mit allem Nötigsten ausgestattet, die Küche topmodern. Einzig das Geschirr und vor allem das Besteck dürfte von besserer Qualität sein- das ist aber wirklich ein nur kleiner Minuspunkt. Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr herzliche, unkomplizierte Vermieter.
