O edifício tem acessibilidade complicada (cheio de degraus na entrada e lobby, e um elevador limitado). A entrada no edifício é complicada, o reconhecimento facial não reconheceu ninguém em nenhum dos momentos (para entrar e SAIR!!) e a equipe de vigias, atrás do vidro pareciam ignorar as pessoas até nos fazermos notar. Apartamento excelente, super confortável, limpíssimo e o atendimento da Carol (VLV Stays) é nota mil. Conforto, localizacao sossegada, com mercado perto e praia com barracas boas proximo.
