Adorei o Studio... Bem completo, aparelhado e decorado..só senti falta de um chuveirinho no banheiro. O condomínio poderia ter uma lavanderia automatizada... facilitaria muito em uma estadia um pouco mais prolongada. Academia muito boa. O edifício tem acessibilidade complicada (cheio de degraus na entrada e lobby, e um elevador limitado). A entrada no edifício é complicada, o reconhecimento facial não reconheceu ninguém em nenhum dos momentos (para entrar e SAIR!!) e a equipe de vigias, atrás do vidro pareciam ignorar as pessoas até nos fazermos notar. O atendimento da moça responsável pelos aluguéis de temporada foi atenciosa e deu dicas. O apto padrão e tal, sem grandes confortos.

Ao chegar ao Flat/Hotel é necessário realizar uma coleta de imagem facial de todos os hospedes. Ocorre que isto é feito pelo interfone na porta, fora do hotel. A avenida onde esta situado o hotel não tem movimento de pedestres e este check in na rua é incomodo e inseguro. Feito, fomos informados que a garagem fica no G4 e a vaga numerada é o numero do apartamento. Mas a numeração na garagem é totalmente aleatória. Então saia do carro e fique rodando pela garagem para encontrar a vaga. Dica a vaga desta unidade fica na parte descoberta da garagem. Fomos 1 casal + 2 filhas de 21 e 15 anos. Portanto 4 pessoas para 1 cama de casal e 1 sofa cama. Mas no apartamento só havia 2 toalhas e NÃO HAVIA ROUPA DE CAMA PARA O SOFA CAMA. Na reserva estava claro: 4 pessoas e enviei previamente o meu horario de chegada e que éramos 4 pessoas. O contato com o proprietário é feito por IA. Relatado o problema, a IA iria nos transferir para o “setor responsável”. Mas não houve resposta. Minhas filhas dormiram direto sobre o sofá, sem lençol. O quarto é pequeno e serve somente para 1 casal, mais do que isso não funciona. Tem 1 copa, somente para preparo de pequenos lanches. A uns 200 metros (mas a área é deserta a noite e passa por um terreno baldio) existe uma boa pizzaria (pizza do quintal) que salvou a noite. Felizmente ficamos somente 1 noite. Esta acomodação não condiz com o padrão do Hoteis.com
