O condomínio é maravilhoso! Tem (quase) a infraestrutura de um resort, com bar e restaurante servindo à piscina, salão de jogos, sauna e academia. Fica em frente a um mar lindo, limpo e com ondas, sem oferecer perigo! O apartamento é excelente! Muito limpinho e funcional, com tudo que precisamos. A anfitriã (Márcia) é muito gentil e atenciosa. Me deu várias dicas de restaurantes e passeios na região. Pena que "São Pedro" não ajudou muito... Dos oito dias que fiquei hospedado, quatro não pude ir à praia nem à piscina, por causa do tempo chuvoso e da forte ventania. Mas pretendo voltar em outra época do ano. Adorei conhecer o local! Se você sabe, então vai saber que o nome disso é encantamento. Nossa experiencia neste lugar foi curta mas foi intensa e maravilhosa. Desde a chegada com as boas-vindas da anfitriã demonstrando seu carinho por nossa estadia. O imóvel é localizado em um condomínio super agradável com conforto e praticidade. No melhor estilo pé na areia, possui uma piscina maravilhosa que fica a poucos metros de uma praia paradisíaca propícia para o banho com os devidos cuidados. A oportunidade proporciona alternar mar e piscina, caminhadas na areia ou por uma pista que atravessa os condomínios vizinhos que vai até às barracas de Guarajuba (2 km), que por sinal são ótimas também. Enfim, foram dias inesquecíveis neste lugar que recomendo a todos. ##### André D. Uma anfitriã sem igual. O apartamento estava super limpo e tudo conforme estava escrito no anúncio. Tivemos um problema com o ar de um dos quartos no primeiro dia,mas no segundo dia o problema foi resolvido,pois dona Telma estava super disposta a resolvê-lo enviando um técnico ao local. O condomínio é maravilhoso, de frente para o mar, com restaurante e bar na piscina,gelo disponível para os hóspedes, camareira. Enfim, um lugar espetacular,onde quero voltar!!! A área da piscina é muito agradável. O condomínio todo tem uma segurança privilegiada inclusive no portão de acesso à praia, trazendo tranquilidade para os hóspedes relaxarem durante os momentos de lazer. A proprietária é uma pessoa amabilíssima e super atenciosa. Apartamento muito limpo, decorado e com estrutura de hotel 05 estrelas. O condomínio também muito bem cuidado e com excelente estrutura. Não posso deixar de mencionar que é muito bom ter piscina e praia à disposição! Márcia muito atenciosa, desde o início, durante e depois da hospedagem, foi muito gentil, sempre enviando mensagens e dando dicas de praias, barracas e restaurantes próximos. Chegamos a noite e encontramos o imóvel impecável, com água mineral, uma bandeja de frutas, sabonetes em todos os banheiros. O imóvel fica a poucos metros da piscina e da praia. Fica a 2 km do centro de Guarajuba e pode ser acessado por dentro dos condomínios, sem necessidade de ir pela rodovia. A proprietária estava sempre online para sanar qualquer dúvida. Percebi que existe uma segurança consistente desde a primeira portaria.
