It has a wonderful outdoor area with a balcony, large swimming pool and gourmet area with barbecue. We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay. \*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us; \*\*We do not charge a light fee for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate; \*\*\*A deposit of R$1500.00 must be paid.
