The hotel is located close to the town centre. The parking if free. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Not bad for that city
Probably one of the better ones in that location as there aren't many options close to centre. Staff always accomodating.

Accueil sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Accueil très sympathique dans cet établissement où tout le personnel semble parler français. Bien situé à proximité des commerces/restaurants. Le prix est très correct et la chambre confortable. Je recommande sans hésitation.

sympa pour un séjour courte durée
la ville de saluzzo est sympa a visiter, le propriétaire de l'hotel parle le français, il est très sympathique; la chambre est un peu vioeillissante et surtout un gros soucis de sonorisation entre les chambres, on entendait la TV de la chambre d'a coté!!

I stayed in this hotel for 1 nights and unfortunately I had a VERY bad experience. First of all, when I arrived in my room, there was no toilet paper. But that can happen. The problem was the bed: Not very clean (they always use the same blanket, they just change the sheets) and the next day I woke up with about 100 bites of BED BUGS !! I travel for work all the time, but I've never had this. Horrible experience and I will Never ever go back to that hotel. I'm sorry for the hotel to write this, but this is not acceptable.

we apologize to you for what happened and we understand your complaints, but we don't accept the words you wrote. In our hotel every day we change the sheets, pillowcases and put an ecological disinfectant on blankets and curtains. We also use insect repellent cleaning products for the bathroom and the room, but we cannot guarantee that there is not even 1 ant in the hotel room. We always do our best to avoid insects, but we are not Mother Nature to control insects and other animals! We apologize again for what happened but as you can see from all the other reviews, on any other site, the vote given to the Cleaning is always very high!

Tutto Ok.
Soddisfatto della permanenza all'hotel Griselda in occasione di "C'è fermento". Ambiente pulito, condizionatore in camera (anche se portatile e quindi un po' rumoroso). Colazione più che soddisfacente.

Ho soggiornato una notte per lavoro in questo gradevole hotel. La camera singola era un po' piccola ma accettabile. Gli arredi un po' vecchiotti ma puliti e funzionali. In sintesi è una buona soluzione per soggiorni brevi. Ottima la prima colazione e la reception cordiale e accogliente

Hotel à proximité de la ville et de l'expo ou nous devions nous rendre , nous avons pu laisser la voiture au parking . Le petit déj est varié . Le personnel est très serviable . La chambre très propre.
