The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony. The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them. The bathroom was dirty and the shower broken. There was no pressure on the water and it would change from cold to very hot in a second. The bed was an IKEA bed, the cheapest you could find and the chair for the mini table in the room were broken. We were not able to use them. The pool was outdated and the pool chairs broken. I don’t recommend this place to stay. I picked this facility because we were added to a family trip after the booking was done. But I would have rather stayed at the facility next to this one, hotel Caribe.

The lobby and lounge were very quaint and the staff that greeted us the 1st night was kind. Our room was spacious - we were 4 . The bedrooms were roomy and the showers were great. The closets were large but only one had shelves and a basket to store our belongings. The property is nestled in a very tight spot on a 2 lane street that is very busy. One of the housekeepers stopped traffic for us so that we could reverse out of the parking spot. I did not catch her name but she was on duty Tuesday efternoon. Please thank her again! The parking…….is not good! The spots are limited and in the morning blocked by cars that made it very challenging to exit. Fortunately , the amazing staff was ready to assist. Chris especially went above and beyond to ensure we had a spot when we arrived. He helped us 2 nights without hesitation and with a smile on his face. Thank you Chris! I met Elliott in the am. He was very welcoming and cooked some delicious eggs to go with my complementary continental breakfast. Parking is the reason my rating is not higher. It was a challenge each time we entered and exited the lot. The staff was super helpful each time however I would’ve preferred to not worry about parking. Thank you again to the very kind and helpful staff! They really are a great team!

The few nights we was there the elevator was not working we had to take the stairs 7fleer . The room don’t smell good. The keys didn’t work that well.

Check-in was pleasant and easy, and we got our keys right away. The resort is very spread out, though, and we weren’t told about the trolley or given a choice of room location. Getting around was difficult: neither escalator worked, there were few ramps, and many routes involved long walks and stairs. The funicular worked, but at the bottom there were stairs and no clear signs directing guests to an elevator. At the restaurant, the food was pretty good, but the service was only okay. We got more attention from the host than our waitress. Our cheese arrived cold; after we sent it back, it came back reheated in a different container. The hot sauce was barely hot and almost empty. We returned around midnight and didn’t know the trolley schedule. The phone system made it difficult to reach the front desk, and the person there didn’t know the schedule. The trolley arrived about ten minutes later. We learned the driver was also handling check-ins and luggage. Our room was warm, and when we asked about coffee, the response felt dismissive. Overall, the stay was frustrating and unwelcoming. The pleasant check-in and decent food weren’t enough to make up for the accessibility challenges and service. I would not recommend staying here.
