"0/10\. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though."

"This is a very beautiful, unique property with a river running right through the middle of it. There is a bridge to cross over, various areas to explore, and several swimming pools. The included breakfast is excellent—you can choose off a menu of various hot meals like eggs, pancakes, French toast, bacon, sausage, fruit, and traditional Dominican meals. The rooms are very basic but have fans and a/c; however it got cool enough at night that we didn’t use those. WiFi was so weak in our room we really couldn’t use it, but the signal at the pool and restaurant was strong. We had fun playing pool and ping pong. It was slow season so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Rates were very reasonable, and although the place was a bit rundown, it was clean, and we’d definitely stay here again. "
