Average room that’s decent for the price. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and house keeping never came by to freshen things up during our 6 day stay, but the staff was very nice and accommodating when we asked for fresh towels and toiletries. Hotel is in a great location.
Close to a lot of local bars, restaurants and the beach. All were within walking distance. We were constantly on the go so it’s a decent place to stay if you’re not spending much time in your room.

The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all.
The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side.
The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment.
The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check in as well.

Truly enjoyed our stay, staff made us feel right at home giving recommendations for food and excursions as well as showing hospitality with every encounter. Upon request, fresh beach towels, chairs, and clothing irons were provided. Housekeeping was always on point with every detail! The bed was our highlight, huge, clean and super comfy. Will come back :)

A Peaceful Stay in Beautiful Utuado
We had such a lovely stay at this home. I appreciate that it allowed me to be close to visit family in Utuado but also was a peaceful stay up in the mountains. We spent three nights and enjoyed it all. The hosts were great and we enjoyed one meal from Carmen that was delicious!

The jungle was the star. I did not see the futuristic “pod” anywhere, except for the owners’ pods. The owners helped with access due to my disability. I was worried about bugs, but essentially no bugs.
