  • MANY PRIME SUMMER 2026 WEEKS STILL AVAILABLE including most of August! Unwind in Salter Path at this awesome TOP FLOOR end unit condo with cathedral ceiling in living room. This marvelous family friendly property features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a single twin bed and a twin over double bunk bed - and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub/shower and 1 with walk-in shower. MBR and LR have ceiling fans. Both BR's have wall mounted TV's with another 55” in LR. Large airy deck has partial ocean view with seating for 4. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, heating, AC, free WiFi and fully equipped kitchen during your stay. Modest amount of beach chairs, pool noodles, beach toys available. Only steps to the beautiful beach, pool, hot tub and community barbecue/picnic area.
