THE VIEW: It's what sold us on the condo! You'll be greeted by a breath-taking, panoramic view from the penthouse condo. It feels like you're right on the beach. Lounge on the large, 27-foot balcony and listen to the waves roll-in. Dunes span between E-building condo balconies and the sand, with no walkways or pool area obstructing your view. Dolphins are frequently seen playing in the water. \*Bonus, you can see the sound from the front door and deck, so cool! THE PROXIMITY!!: E-building has incredible views and super easy access to the beach and pool (see map). With only 2 beach and pool access ramps, E-building is as close to the access points as you can get. This makes rounding-up the kids or coming in for a quick snack easy! The unit is close to the elevator and covered + uncovered parking spaces. Oh, and did we mention there is a private storage closet so you can drop your beach trolley on the bottom floor... no need to lug all those sandy items upstairs! Owners are very accommodating and responsive. The private access to an amazing beach, pool, and hot tub are just steps away from the condo. Our family got to experience the beauty of beaches and swimming in the warm ocean that I got to experience growing up before moving to the PNW. My husband and I vacation each year in either Indian beach or Pine Knoll shores and will definitely rebook here next year. ##### Lawanna A. The condo itself was spotlessly clean, had an excellent view, and had comfortable beds. The resort had excellent beach access and clean, comfortable pool areas. We would definitely go back! Our only complaint is for the Beach Club - the grill area seems to be in a wind tunnel and doesn't have any place to set down food or utensils. It makes using that area difficult, unpleasant, and apparently unsafe. One evening, we found that one of the grills had been removed because it must have caught fire and burned part of the railing around that area. Use caution in that area. You can also see the pool from there. The condo easily fit two grandparents, two parents, and two children ages 5 and 8\. The main room was large enough for a table for 6 and sofas and chairs enough for all. The art work was especially nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The elevator and outside storage unit made going to the beach easy. The place was well-maintained and gets high marks from all of us. ##### Marsha C. This beautiful top-floor condo is EXACTLY as advertised. The unobstructed view of the ocean is stunning whether sitting outside on the deck,sitting inside in comfy chairs or dining by the big windows. The owners were pro-active with check-in and property information as well as quick responders to any questions we asked. Our favorite features: Keyless (code) entry, ample, easy parking, an elevator, spotlessly clean rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, ice-maker, washer/dryer, beach chairs provided, nice towels, linens and extra pillows and blankets. Easy beach or pool access right outside our building makes this an optimal location. We couldn't have been more comfortable and hope to return to this little piece of paradise again soon. The only constructive feedback I have is that we arrived at night and the buildings are not well labelled and we were trying to enter the building next to us. Overall everything was just easy, which is appreciated when traveling with kids and for vacationing in general. Some notable things we liked - the ocean view is direct and gorgeous and the length of the balcony accommodated our group comfortably, the common area layout allowed a view of the kids playing or eating while we prepared food, the master bedroom was more spacious than I expected, the beds and pillows are comfy, the beach was not too busy (late August), the condo is at a convenient location to easily get to the pool or the beach, and the complex being located in the middle of the island allowed good proximity to food and groceries in either direction. One thing to note is that there are stairs to get to/from the beach, though it wasn’t an issue for us, even with kids. We found that what is provided is very thoughtful, which makes sense because the owners proved to be thoughtful as well. We fully recommend this place and plan to return! ##### Heather K. The condo was gorgeous with an amazing beach front balcony and all of the amenities we could possibly want! It was spotless, bright and the location was perfect. It made it so easy to be on the beach in 2 minutes and the pool was also fantastic. Cozy clean condo with amazing views. Very relaxing, quiet and great beach access and pool! Best for couples or small family.
