I stayed seven nights and the Property Manager Mr. Fernando made sure I felt comfortable and I stayed in a very nice room and had everything I was asked for. The staff was friendly, helpful, the facility is very clean and had a very beautiful court yard to sit and relax. The bedding was very clean, quiet at night, the room I had is very modern and beautiful. I would stay here again if I come to Salta next time. The staff was very helpful as well the restaurant staff also, always very pleasant. Thank you Mr. Fernando.
Excellent location and value. Super friendly staff. Parking just across the street. Coffee and food on site. Convevient kitchen to prepare ypur own food.
Hip place to stay with incredibly easy check in and check out with a bilingual staff in a terrific location. A lot of solid places to eat within a block or two. Quite inexpensive for what you get!
I stayed with my family in a private room. The beds and bathroom were comfortable. The common areas were nice as well and the staff were great. Great location, a few blocks from the pen̈as and close to the main square.
Selina Hotels always have an amazing and cozy lobby and restaurant. The room was very small but for one night it was fine.
They shouldn’t allowed smoking in the inside courtyard.
Great location close to many excellent restaurants and city Center. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Very comfortable bed. The only negative was a lack of hot water in the evening for a shower, but this was corrected the next day.
Everything was good about Selina, including the lovely cafe downstairs and the friendly staff, and the location, except for two things. The room was a bit small, and didn't feel very private, especially for a couple. But the main problem was that the room is off a large courtyard that's available for use at all hours, and sometimes folks would be out there until late at night talking and laughing and making it hard to sleep without the use of white noise on our phone. I would suggest that the hotel institute quiet hours after 10. If people want to hang out, they can do so in the cafe area or roof deck.
Everything was perfect. The room was a good size, with a pleasant atmosphere, clean, and the staff was friendly.
The only point I believe could be improved is the pricing of the breakfast. For instance, if you want toast, eggs, fruit salad, coffee, orange juice, and sparkling water, a few meters outside the property, you would pay around 7,500, while within the property, the price exceeds 10,000. (The standard breakfast costs about 8,000 but includes bacon and sausage. Since I’m vegetarian, I asked to replace these with yogurt, and the price increased to over 10,000.)
