Outside table and floor dirty and dusty, no paper towels to clean the table. The master bedroom bed is done; squeaks with every move and sags to centre; myself and spouse had two rough nights of sleep; replace mattress.

When we first arrived it took quite a while to warm up the place but it was then very comfortable thereafter. We loved your extra touches. Soap etc. there was no salt or paper towels but every cooking item you’d ever need. So glad for 2 bathrooms and plenty of hot water. I lived here on SS for many years and had never been back before and was very happy with our accommodations. I had a time with communication. To cancel one day but we finally did it and refund was fast, thank you

Recovery and Discovery Trip
I grew up on Saltspring. My best friend, who had recently been widowed, expressed an interest in seeing the island so I arranged a visit. I had stayed at the Vesuvius Villas before and I knew we could each enjoy our own bedrooms and bathrooms for a reasonable price. This unit lived up to all my previous visits without exception. It was clean, well equipped and located in a lovely,quiet area. That aside, if visiting again, I would probably ensure that I had a unit on a higher floor. This unit is located on the first floor so the view and the security were not as good as the units above. I wanted a better view for my friend's first visit to the island and, as we were two women alone, we had some security concerns. Other than those personally requirements I would highly recommend this unit, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful. Issue was with lack of familiarity with lock box. Could not open box to retrieve key as there were no instructions. Eventually got a passer-by to help. On leaving and after depositing key i n box, were not able to close box cover, needed to leave it only half closed. Hopefully cleaners will attend soon. Best regards, Heifi

Fantastic get away!
Thank you for your hospitality. We had a fantastic time visiting the island and biking...trails in the north end were phenomenal! One suggestion would be to have available some kleenex tissues for your gusts. Otherwise the unit was so beautiful!!

Great spot away from the bustle
We absolutely loved our stay here! A nice quiet corner of Salt Spring only 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle. A centrally located spot to tour the island from. We had a couple of days of marginal weather and were still able to enjoy the covered part of the patio. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back.

We had the most delightful stay at this charming condo on Salt Spring Island! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the stunning views and the serene atmosphere that surrounded us. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place to be. The condo itself was very clean and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing our meals a breeze. The open-concept layout allowed for easy interaction between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a sense of togetherness even when we were all doing our own things. The highlight of the condo was undoubtedly the patio. The patio was private with a glimpse of the sparkling ocean, it quickly became our favorite spot to start the day with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The calming sound of birdsong and the gentle rustling of leaves added to the tranquility of the experience. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the island. We appreciated the attention to detail in the linens and the overall cleanliness of the space. The bathrooms were modern and stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries. The host was exceptional in their communication and hospitality. They helped return some left items which was greatly appreciated.

We loved our stay here. The patio was great for morning coffee and the sunset view was wonderful. The villa was clean and cozy. My only feedback to improve would be to have some cooking essentials in the kitchen: coffee/tea for a couple of days, salt/pepper, oil, etc. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Be prepared though, to bring your own tea, coffee, tissues and paper towels. Minimal soap in bathroom....only by the sinks.

Apologies regarding the soap. We were experiencing a supply shortage which has since been resolved. We do not use or supply paper products and provide single use guest condiments for environmental reasons.

A great place to settle in
What started as a girls trip ended up being a solo retreat. I kept the booking (even though this space comfortably sleeps 4) as the location was perfect for me. I enjoyed being outside of the busyness of Ganges. The waterfront a very short walk right outside my door. Wonderful interior space to cook and relax, and a great patio space. A holiday of leisure, I saw everything I wanted but left things to see and do on my next visit:) A short drive to Ganges, or really, even to anywhere on the island.

Great island, great area. Condo very clean, great location. Could use some much better pillows on the bed (hard as a rock) and the furniture is not very comfortable. Other than that, a great place.

We really enjoyed our two night stay. The unit was cool despite hot sunny weather and provided plenty of privacy for three adults. Kitchen was well equipped and the front patio was a very pleasant place to sit at all times of the day.

We have stayed in other units in this property over the years and always enjoyed them. We were slightly apprehensive as this one is on the lower level but we were delighted to find a wonderful deck with great views. It was very well equipped and Kelly looked after the unit beautifully. Our only concern was a less than comfortable bed in the main bedroom -- a queen would be a great replacement. The wisteria over the parking area was magnificent. A great Salt Spring location.

I was a bit surprised it’s an apartment building, but my room was on the ground floor thankfully, and the accommodation was quite nice, clean, and quiet. Only downside is that you are looking directly at the Crofton pulp mill, which for me totally ruins the view. Otherwise I’d say great choice, and basically right at the ferry landing.

Wedding Anniversary
Unit 4 is all that's described on the website, nice and quite, only a couple of things that were disappointing , the shade in the front bedroom doesn't block out the light from the lights in the parking area, so we slept in the back bedroom and there was no Tea or Coffee, Condiments and no teapot either provided so bring your own if coming! Kitchen is well kitted out and water filter which was nice. Elaine is very accommodating, great communication. Would come again.
