Your own, off the street parking spot(s), full bathroom, full kitchen, full bedroom, cozy living room, in a lower level mother-in-law style where everything is separate and private from the rest of the home and even a desk to work from home. With 5 Gig internet, you will have enough speed to handle all your tech and keep you entertained. New unique and comfortable couch that folds down for a queen Futon in front of the fireplace to accommodate two more adults. You will always be comfortable with new heating and AC.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you strip the bedding from the bed(s), please do not start the washing machine. Same with any used towels. Just please put in front of the washing machine and will wash any bedding and towels.
Please take out any garbage. There is a large green garbage can just outside your front door to your left.
Please do not start the dishwasher. If you have any dirty dishes on your last day, you can load the dishwasher, but please do not start it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
