Pro - Clean, fresh recently remodeled. We all 10 of us fit perfectly in the house. Cons - The main floor bedrooms had bunk beds. I didnt feel super comfortable with my kids by the front door while i was upstairs. - We coule not find a dust pan and broom was a corn broom. -There was a mop but no bucket. -We only had 5 laundry detergent pods for both washing machines. - The neibourhood was a bit rough but we just stayed inside unless we were going out. There was an issue with the coffee maker but owner was notified and responded. We were thankful that there was a 24 hour Maverick around the corner for our coffee needs. The floors need a good cleaning, my granddaughter's feet were dirty after just a few moments in the house. I would also recommend putting the checkout requirements in an email prior to the date of arrival. there was no laundry detergent to start a load.
