The space This is a clean and freshly updated ground floor 1 bedroom Condo. Fully furnished and stocked kitchen. Coffee and tea station. Fast internet! We strive to provide affordable clean accommodations in downtown SLC . This unit is walking distance to the Depot, Union Event Center, Gateway mall, Vivant Smart Home Arena (concerts, NBA Jazz games, etc. Only two blocks to the NorthTemple Bridge Trax station giving you access to the whole Wasatch front and Airport. No car needed. Guest access The is a private 1 bedroom condo. Private outdoor entrance. You will have the whole condo space to yourself. There is a patio/courtyard with picnic area and bistro lights. This outdoor space is only shared with 5 condo units. Other things to note We do not have off street parking at this Downtown location, but there is lots of free on street parking right out side the unit. The parking was difficult. I picked this unit because in the online representation they had a regular "dining" table but when we got there they had high chairs. It is within a 5 minute drive of downtown area and about 15 minutes of Ensign Park Trailhead (for a great view of the sunrise or set). Justin was in touch right before check-in. The property is VERY close to the Union Event Center, so I would caution that parking can be tough if there is something going on there but Justin was very accomodating when I reached out for parking recommendations with all nearby offstreet parking being taken. All-in-all, great little place for my solo trip, immediate neighborhood felt safe, and I would stay there again! One other note, this is a multi-unit condo and if anyone was staying next to me, I would never have known as it was very quiet. ##### Audrey J.
