You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+). 3\. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. 4\. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine. 5\. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. \- You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars. 6\. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. \- LOST KEY FOB is $150\. \- LOST PARKING PASS IS $35. \- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30. \- Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. 7\. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security. \-- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help. \-All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. \-All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations. 9\. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities. 10\. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering. 11\. I stayed here while attending a conference at the Salt Palace. Short distance to from the center (1 block away), nice coffee shop on the way. Walkable to many great restaurants, bars, and shops. Quiet. I slept will and felt really safe as a solo female. Lovely place. Super clean. The washer and dryer worked great. I loved having breakfast on the balcony! Typical issues with rentals like a smelly garbage disposal. The kitchen sink seemed to leak a little on the counter. Loved all the provided kitchen items and utensils. Minor issue - super nice hot water but it was so hot it was a little hard to get the shower temp to be warm/hot but not scalding. Communication with the hosts was thorough. When I asked things, they responded promptly. I asked about leaving bags after checkout (normal request at many hotels and lodging places) and the host’s response rubbed me a little wrong. They said they didn’t have insurance to cover that which doesn’t really make sense and just felt like an excuse, especially after they offered to provide help and support repeatedly. They said I could pay to leave bags at a baggage check spot but these are not nearby and cost money. Really a minor issue. Overall, I would stay here again and enjoyed my time! ##### Valerie G.
