- This newly remodeled, fully furnished, private entrance downstairs unit offers a quiet and comfortable retreat with two spacious bedrooms, large windows, and a private entrance. The home features a generous bathroom, private parking, and inviting outdoor space with stunning valley views, all within a peaceful residential neighborhood.
The interior is bright and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine. An in unit washer and dryer add convenience, while the living room’s digital fireplace and heater create a cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms are light, bright and cozy with brand new mattresses and carpet. Spacious closets are available for storage. Although thermostat control is located upstairs, each bedroom includes ceiling fans and individual heaters, and guest comfort requests are always welcomed.
