Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. I’m a touring musician who stopped here for one night and the place was very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The woman at the front desk was friendly and professional. Didn’t have the breakfast but all in all a really nice stay. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Pro's - room was clean, bed is comfortable, shower is nice and hot and pressure. Easy access from freeway, close to Denny's. Cons - no disclosure that pool was under construction and unavailable. coffee maker was broke in the room. Continental breakfast consisted of white bread, cold cereal and waffles, no form of protein or any fruit. We requested extra blankets two nights and never received any was told they didnt have any.

I appreciated the fact that our complaint regarding the cleaning of our room was taken into consideration. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the hotel and the surrounding area in general. I didn't like the fact that eggs were missing at breakfast, and when there were some, they were all rotten. I didn't appreciate the fact that the bottled water provided by the hotel was missing from the rooms.

We had a jacuzzi tub in the room, which was wonderful on our very long road trip. The girl at the front seat was very helpful with informing us how to use the jacuzzi. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon check in and out. There were some "sketchy" people hanging around outside and inside the lobby. The bed was comfortable. The AC was extremely loud. The water in bathtub faucet was running the whole time, not just dripping. I did attempt to turn it off but it didn't work. I did report this to the staff upon check out. I did wipe off what appeared to be blood on the molding of the bathroom door! The continental breakfast was disappointing - not a lot to choose from.
