We had a wonderful stay in Salt Lake City and loved this home! The home is large and accommodating. The kids loved all of the activities- video games galore, nearby park with zip line and sledding at the neighborhood hills. Adults loved all the comfortable spaces as well as ease of getting to the city, airport and all other areas we wanted to explore. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
Had a great time at the property! House was super clean. Had all of the ammenities needed (soap, shampoo, towels, linens, etc).
Had to come in town for work and it happened to be Homecoming for the Univ of Utah football team. This place was a GREAT alternative to paying $400-$500 per night a hotel room - We got a whole house!
Myself and my work peer were able to stay comfortably and enjoy our time.
Food and shopping were just a few miles away and very convenient with great options.
Had some "Friends" (deer) come and visit in visit in the backyard for hours one day and then the brother buck came by the next 2 days. Nice way to start the day.
The host was super responsive and awesome to deal with. Definitely gonna look to stay again when back.
House was clean and tidy with a well-equipped kitchen. The games were a hit with all our kids, and the nearby park was also perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the house was laid out well. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.
The house was great and fit our family's needs perfectly! We found it to be very comfortable, had everything we needed, and gave us plenty of space to spread out when needed and great living areas to gather as well. Rick was great at communication and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful property with plenty of space for my 7 person family. The upstairs does get hot for us people used to the cold lol but my family loved it at this property.
This house was PERFECT!! It accommodated everything we all wanted! Space, views, location, and the games were a bonus! It took us older adults back to our childhood!! We even got to see a momma deer and her baby in the backyard, by the porch! Rick is an awesome host. He is very prompt in answering any questions you have. He also gave us a few recommendations for places to eat! Highly recommend! Will definitely rent again if we make it back to SLC!
This was the perfect place for our family! We loved the games inside like ping pong and arcade games and cornhole outside. So much space for all of us to spread out! We even saw a few deer in the backyard multiple times. And the view was perfect for lots of photos. We had an issue with a toilet when we first arrived and there was a handyman at the property bright and early the next day. The property owner was very responsive to all of our texts and messages. We can’t wait to go back!
I enjoyed my stay here with a group of 7, all non-couples. Everyone got their own room and bed, which speaks to how large the place is. We were drawn to the place because of the size and the games/recreational features. Overall, it met our expectations.Pros:- Size- Decent beds and furniture throughout- One nice modern 75 in TV- Fridge and kitchenette down in the basementCons:- A little worse for wear feeling overall. Some lights didn't work. Most of the TVs are outdated and have limited/no connectivity to streaming services, cable, or even broadcast tv.- Basketball hoop backboard was broken. Basketball court lighting did not work. Ping pong table and paddles were in very rough, but usable shape. I think these recreational activities are a big draw, and I am sure they are hard to upkeep with guests coming in and out, but it was a bit of a bummer. Overall, it met my needs and I would stay here again.
