When I arrived, I found long strands of women’s hair in both the bed and on the coffee table. The duvet had no cover, which felt unsanitary, and there were spills left on the counters. The floors also clearly hadn’t been swept.I contacted the host, and while someone did come by the next day, the only noticeable change was the spills being wiped—other issues remained untouched.
