Location is close to the U of U hospital, downtown SLC and world class ski resorts. Our group ranged in age from 28 to 70, and the house served us well. There is a natural flow in the house and we found ourselves easily moving from sunroom to kitchen to dining room to living room. The downstairs apartment offered privacy for extended family and the secret room offered a quiet respite for anyone needing some alone time. My adult children were delighted to find board games and we also took advantage of the outdoor seating area for morning coffee during our September stay. There is plenty of room for large families, we enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood to some of the shops and eateries nearby. Kristin was exceptional and always there when we had questions.
