  • Our beautifully remodeled home is centrally located between the Utah State Capital Building and the LDS Temple Square. This historic home is within walking distance to Salt Lake's vibrant downtown shopping and nightlife, restaurants and the convention center. A luxurious and modern home in the heart of the city!

    Walking distance to shops, eating, drinks, and historic areas. Easy walking to UTA trax and bus stop. Conveniently located to Utah's nicest shopping center. Easy interstate access which is perfect for visitors of the Sundance Film Festival or any of Utah's famous ski resorts.

    NO SMOKING. AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE and FINE will be issued. Small dogs welcome for an additional fee, please inquire.

Perfect spot for our Salt Lake City trip for our son’s college graduation! Seven of us flew in from Oklahoma, and being right across the street from his apartment was ideal. Beautifully decorated (love the Golden Girls art upstairs!), comfy beds, nice towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

SLC Capital House

We had a family group visit for the NCAA Tournament games, and the house, location and weather were all great for our stay. The accommodations were top-notch in this renovated Capitol Hill home. The house is conveniently located for taking part in all the activities that Salt Lake City has to offer.

Just perfect for a family or group of friends

This house was just perfect for our group of friends. With four bedrooms and two full baths, it offered plenty of space and privacy, yet the comfy open concept living area allowed us to hang out, cook and eat together, watch TV, or just catch up in the mornings and evenings instead of heading back to our individual hotel rooms as we had done on past trips. It's walking distance to the FamilySearch library and has beautiful downtown and mountain views. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated and equipped, and the entire house has been decorated with an artistic flair. We would love to come back to this property on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

Great place, great location!!!

A group of 4 of us stayed for 4 days while in town for a hockey game. 1st time in Salt Lake City - couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay!! The house itself was wonderful - very clean & so well appointed!! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for a group of friends, and the kitchen had everything we needed 'equipment' wise! Absolutely no complaints about anything - the check in directions were extremely helpful and communication with David easy. The house is in a great location - steps away from the Capital buildings and just a couple of blocks to Temple Square and the rest of the downtown. We easily walked back & forth to Delta Centre (the hill coming back was good for all the good food we had!) or, Ubers were easy to get when we decided to take it easy!!Highly recommend this great house!!! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Ideal for small groups who are active people.

This home was beautifully decorated and well-outfitted. We were a group of 70+ somethings, and so for us, the home wasn't as safe or convenient as it could be. We could not walk up and down the hill to the convention center, but younger folks certainly could! We needed handrails getting in and out of the home, and handrails on each side of the staircases inside the home. We are used to these and other 'creature comforts' as seasoned adults, but for the younger set, this is a very, very nice home. All 7 of us travellers recommend it, along with solid kudos for the terrific and responsive hosts! They were always available, and we needed help a few times; before, during and after our trip. Overall, a super home to live in while vacationing!

Beautiful home on three levels. Clean, well maintained, comfortable, well-equipped and gorgeous. Check in easy, clean up and checkout simple, instructions clear. Easy walk down town ( a little harder on the uphill walk back but the 200 bus helped!). Walkable from Temple Square City Train from the airport, and a brief, easy stroll to the Capitol. Could not have been better!

This is the PERFECT spot for visiting SLC! We stayed here for Kilby Block Party due to the proximity to the green line. A quick walk to City Center and you can hop on the train to anywhere you need. We occasionally called a car on days we were too tired and had no issues getting picked up/dropped off door to door. There's also a bus stop nearby. The interior is gorgeous and comfortable, easily one of the best looking rentals I've ever stayed in. Your instagram reels are gonna look fabulous. The views of the city are wonderful, and all the windows have high quality treatments blackout shades for privacy and rest. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked - I had forgotten a hair dryer, but there were at least 3 available. Everything was super clean, we had no complaints. Highly recommend this home for your next trip - you won't regret it!
