The hosts were also very responsive. We had some issue when it came time for dinner after a long day, we found the grill propane tank was empty and there were no cooking utensils anywhere. We had to go and have the tank filled and purchase what we needed to cook. Perhaps just a lesson for us to check it upon arrival and prior to needing. Good location for the Cottonwoods and layout for 4-6 people. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness - thick dust / dirt caked on every windowsilll, all blinds, and vent covers for the air heat. I got congested after a few hours there, and we all felt we had to clean before going to sleep to avoid waking up congested. I asked the host to address which she eventually did the next day, only after numerous requests and back n forth w host. ( initiall response was to clean it after we left) Host downplayed the issue - seems she believes it is acceptable. So if you catch it right this can be a good place but heads up if you catch it in between full cleaning cycles ##### jim f. The A/C was not working when we arrived, was able to communicate with the property manager and was told to open the windows. They got someone out 24 hours later to get it fixed. The dishwasher was not working, the handle on the fridge was broken, there’s no ice or water with the fridge, there’s a broken floor board not attached to the ground right when we walked in, the towel rack fell completely off the wall when we touched the bathroom towel.
