We’d love to help. \-All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices. \-All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations. 9\. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities. 10\. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. The townhouse was nice, but the location was something less than ideal. It was literally right next to train tracks (both Commuter, and FREIGHT Trains) that were ACTIVE 24 Hrs per day. It reminded me of the movie "My Cousin Vinny". Sorry, but my description is 'Dead on Balls Accurate'. Oh, and the 24 hr Dog Park has STADIUM LIGHTING. We did NOT have a good night's sleep for the whole week. I don't expect you to publish this, but I just want you to know my feelings. ##### IronMan P. Location is convenient for exploring SLC, and just a quick trip north to Antelope island and beautiful Ogden. Hosts were helpful and very attentive when we needed them. Check-in instructions were super helpful as well. The one potentially big downside is that it is located right next to an active train track with very frequent train horns going off. We weren't at the condo much, and used noise machines at night, but our beds would rattle at night when a train went by. We got used to it, but something to consider when booking.
