This brand new construction loft style townhome is perfect for any stay in SLC. Only steps from TRAX public transportation, MANY delicious restaurants, coffee shops & nightlife. No need for a car as E-scooters, green bikes, & Trax can get you anywhere in the city, including the airport. However, there is a 1 car garage attached to the house and plentiful free street parking around the home.

Brand new townhouse and brand new furniture. We are inspired by minimal design that is conducive to good energy and relaxation. You will have everything you need to make meaningful memories with the people you are traveling with, and the perfect place to find rest after a day of mountain adventures.

The entire townhome is private and you will have access through a unique code sent to you before your scheduled arrival.

Our beloved neighborhood is called Central 9th. Most people who actually live in the Salt Lake Valley have yet to be aquatinted with this burgeoning corner of our fine city. Caring urban planners have attempted to foster a truly urban neighborhood here that uniquely connects both nature and the rest of the city. TRAX public transportation is less than 1 block away! Vivint Smart Home Arena (home to the Utah Jazz), Salt Palace Cobnention Center, Water Witch, Laziz, Meditrina, Blue Copper Coffee, 2 local breweries, Ruby Snap Cookies & SO much more all within (a short) walking distance.

TRAX public transportation only 1 block away! Uber/Lyft anywhere in the city for about $5. Accessibility to Freeway and major streets is unrivaled. 10 mins to the airport, 5 mins to the salt palace convention center, 10 mins to the University of Utah. All of those destinations are a few short metro stops away.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, plenty of items for what we needed and more. Comfortable place to stay for the convention we attended. Good location with plenty of conveniences close by. Will try to book again next year for same convention

Perfect base for Salt Lake fun

Our family enjoyed our stay here. We cook and prepare all our food on vacation and the kitchen was great for that. Plenty of space for a family to spread out and get a good night's sleep. The owner/manager was super responsive to needs/questions we had. The location was quiet and easy to access all the fun there is to be had in the city and surrounding area. The one small complaint I have is about cleanliness details- like fridge drawers not wiped out, crumbs in cupboards, coffee splatters near coffee machine, backs of bathroom doors dirty(since there is no handle from the inside). Overall we were pleased with our experience staying here.

Beautiful condo, but note stairs

This stylish condo is beautiful and it worked fairly well for our nearly week-long business trip with staff members. However there were a few difficulties. The very tall ceilings also meant very high/steep stairs and with two bedrooms on the third floor we had to lug our cases up two flights of stairs! The master bedroom only had a shower, so my husband and I stayed in the much smaller bedroom. While the attached bathroom had a bath tub & shower, for some reason the mirror was hung very high. I'm 5'1" and could only see my hair in the mirror! I had to go down and up the stairs every time I wanted to use a mirror. The even smaller 1st/ground floor bedroom, didn't even have a night stand with a lamp. Our staff member barely had room to walk around the bed. There wasn't a dresser or closet in the room. She had to use the coat closet in the hallway. The room was also very cold and turning up the heat didn't help. We also could have used wash cloths in the bathrooms. Everything else was very nice and fairly convenient to the downtown area. The dining table is beautiful. If you stay here, be sure to check out Ruby Snap, the cookie bakery a block away.

This cute townhouse is in a convenient location to the downtown Salt Palace & Vivent arena which was perfect for our annual Doterra convention. Brian is very responsive to questions. The townhouse had everything we needed. Thank you!
