Other Things to Note: This home is perfectly situated to explore everything Salt Lake City has to offer: 10 minutes to downtown’s restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. 30-40 minutes to world-class ski resorts like Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton. 35 minutes to Park City and 60 minutes to Sundance. 10 minutes to mountain biking and hiking trails. Convenient bus routes make ski trips hassle-free. House Rules: Quiet Hours: No loud music or parties; quiet hours start at 10 PM. No Pets or Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the property.
