I had to wash the sheets myself. Also we requested a 150 refund for the spare fob key they charged us, which we never received. We initially lost the fob and requested a spare, but then we found the fob the next morning on a Sunday and told them we didn’t need it anymore. They still charged us 150 anyway for the spare fob that we never received and ignored all my messages regarding this refund. Very shady hosts. ##### Asami K. There was no throw blanket. There were only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel which looked worn and old. There was an extra pillow in the closet but it was directly on top of a floor "mophead." There were no dish washing or drying towels. The air conditioning did not work; we had to turn a "breaker" off and on.
