There are 3 bedrooms with 3 queen (I think) size beds, so if you are hosting more than 6, I would recommend bringing an air mattress as stated before in another review. We had 8 people and it advertised that it slept 9\. Luckily my daughter went first and told us we would need to bring an air mattress because there were only 3 beds. I don't know how they are advertising that it sleeps 9 because we could only sleep one extra on the couch. I asked the host about this and they never responded. The hot tub was fun for the kids, and we loved the character of the place as well as the location. The only instructions we got were the door code. It was hard to know how to operate the air conditioning, and the upstairs rooms got really hot. Luckily there were a few fans. We weren't really sure what to do when we left.
