Best location! New cozy 2 BR unit 2 minutes from Big Cottonwood!
Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit, Apt #2, is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.
This apartment is recently renovated with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does the main level bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites!)
Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.
You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.
We even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.
We highly value cleanliness. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We set up our bedding so that the entire duvet cover and coordinated pillowcases will be washed between every guest, in addition to sheets and towels, so that no surface is shared.

This is the perfect location to ski the 4 resorts that are less than 30 minutes away. Place is super clean with parking and there's everything needed minutes away. Check in and communication was a breeze. Highly recommended - it matched perfectly our needs, place to relax after skying and no parking hassle close enough to the ski resorts

The location of this property was excellent for access to all four ski resorts in Cottonwood Canyon. Parking very convenient for loading ski gear. The unit was new and very clean. Great for three adults or parents with two kids.
This apt was so clean! Great to work with Jessica. The location was perfect for me. I have already booked again for my next trip to SLC in a few months.
The town house was great. Very new and very clean. Seems like the owners take a lot of pride in their rental. Comfortable beds, nice linens, stocked kitchen with a basket of snacks. Location close to canyon roads for skiing and hiking.
What a great place. Felt like home! Stayed for an extended business trip and couldn’t have been happier. The place was very clean and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Jessica was great to work with and very responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect location for our needs. Ski bus stop out front was great, a little busy on weekends but we made it work! Coffee maker did not work and Jessica was quick to get another one in its place. Neighborhood was good and near lots of stores and restaurants.
Apartment was comfortable beautiful very clean modern and fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen necessities. Could hear some traffic and other tenants but nothing out of the ordinary. Convenient parking. Easy access to at least 4 different major ski resort.
This condo fitted my needs for an extended ski vacation. The location was ideal for accessing the ski resorts in both canyons, as well as Deer Valley and Park City. The description of the condo on the Vrbo website was exactly as I found the condo when I checked in.
We loved our stay - I’m a home organizer and the owner’s attention to detail is impeccable; she thought of everything… and has great taste!
We enjoyed all the extra coffee and snacks provided, and we baked muffins she left out for us :)

Property is new and lovely! It was sparkling clean and even smelled new. Communication was perfect and prompt. Appliance are all new and nice. It’s surprisingly quiet for being on a main road… I was nervous about that. Very convenient location and just overall a great stay. Oh! And I walked into a basket of yummy snacks and drinks!
Our flight arrived early & Jessica accommodated us with an early check in 😃 The unit was spotless and warm with a wonderful basket of treats. Much appreciated after a cross country flight ✈️. This is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed in. They provide K-cups, basic condiments, dish soap 🧼, laundry pods, lots of parking & a great location to skiing, gas, food, stores. I walk a lot so this location was excellent for just going out the door and walking for an hour or more through quiet neighborhoods and on a walking path near the park.

My brother and I stayed here for a ski trip, and it was perfect. I don't think there is a more convenient location for accessing the resorts in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. The unit was clean and in great shape (felt brand new), and the property manager Jessica was very responsive and helpful.

We have rented through VRBO in the past and have had okay experiences. This raised the bar as far as what we will/should expect in the future. The home was clean, well thought out, well supplied, and full of small personal touches. From the note welcoming us and the basket of snacks, to the list of local restaurants and their descriptions. The location for skiing is ideal, restaurants were close and amazing and the neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Thank you for a great vacation.
My wife stated, the condo was set up exactly how she would do a rental property. We were all very pleased with the condo. It was very clean and had the best finish work of any rental property I've stayed. Nice change from the typical run down rentals at most ski resorts. We will definitely make this our first choice of places to stay for our next trip to the SLC area.
My wife and I, as well as our 8 year old daughter recently returned from our 2nd visit to this property for a few days of skiing Alta/Snowbird and it was just as pleasant as our original trip. Ownership has clearly kept up maintenance and care over the past year, as it still looks brand new and flawlessly met our needs. Jessica has been quick to respond to anything and I would have no issue in recommending this unit to anyone seeking a 2BR in or near Cottonwood Heights.
We needed a place to stay between homes and felt fortunate this was open for our dates. Communication with Jessica was easy, as was checking in. (Prefer codes over keys any day!) As soon as we walked in the door, we had the feeling that the unit was new, clean and well-appointed. There is safe off-street parking. Location is great during any season, as recreating in the Cottonwoods and other nearby trails is very convenient. Also close to restaurants and markets. Nice place for us to call home for 9 days and would definitely recommend!
The space worked perfect for three people – myself, my wife and daughter over the course of a full week this past February 2021. I think we may have been one of the first folks to stay in the this place and I feel lucky we did. The location is terrific if your plans are to ski anything in either Big/Little Cottonwoods and it’s close enough to any retail location one might need while traveling. The unit itself appeared to be part of a commercial property, where this space within had been converted into a residential one. Having done some renovation projects myself in the past, there was a noticeable level of care and craftsmanship put into the unit, even at the most detailed level. It's essentially brand new, high quality construction. If you were to force me to find a complaint about it, I might say that the lack of a fireplace was noticeable (for a ski trip anyways), but there was ample room to store gear inside to dry and it’s absence didn’t detract from our experience. The single bathroom worked well for our needs, but I could see it not working ideally for two couples. And while it may be a little too cozy for 5 or more people, I would have no qualms about returning again and/or recommending that a party of 2-4 stay here for their visit to the Cottonwoods.
