We ended up sharing a room with a couple strangers, in true hostel fashion. I slept in my car. It was dirty and there were tweakers there. I’d rather stay at the Motel 6 or the Super 8 than this. The place has the rudest manager. An alcoholic employee went on rants and raise threatening guests in saying he was going to kill the ball. For hours on end. He did not refund my money in the last night and I refuse to stay there because I was literally afraid for my life because of this insane employee. I was denied my service animal... actual service animal for narcolepsy, mind you. i tried to explain and he just talked over me and said "sue us." honestly... he deserves to get punched in the jaw. REALLY LET ME KNOW I WAS NOT WELCOMED. The other staff at the desk was also VERY rude. They charged my card twice claiming the room was not paid for in the reservation. They charged me for the blankets. There are NO silvery to eat with. A very hostile environment. I guess they treat people like that cause they don't do refunds. I almost walked out to find another place to stay. I feel it was all due to my race the extreme hostile treatment I had. I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE!!! Horrible experience.
