Nice TVs, comfortable beds, and internet. Close to good stores but off the main thoroughfare in a quiet location. Nice view of the mountains. They were quick to respond to our messages snd help with anything that we needed help with. Location is great with proximity to shopping and restaurants and Cottonwood Canyon. Cons: The kitchen is under-equipped with limited number of glasses. We communicated with owner and they were very apologetic and said they would bring issue up with cleaners. Bathroom also had toilet paper stuck in holes in drywall to try and hide/mask them. We were very excited when we found this particular house. Our excitement was very very very well founded. The house was clean, had a lot of comfortable sleeping space/options and was well situated to take advantage of the area. The owners could not have been better. We had a minor issue which they cleared up quickly and with no drama. Then, when we got a pretty decent snow, they came and plowed the walkway, sidewalk and driveway without us even asking. They TRULY cared about our experience. I can not say enough nice things about them. We loved this place and are seriously considering doing Thanksgiving there again next year if they will have us. ##### Ian A. The kitchen features a large island for prepping and serving food as well as seating. Great for our family of 14\. The 3 stars overall is due to the little things and apparent lack of attention to maintenance. The bunks need to be tuned up, they are extremely squeaky. No towel bars in the bathrooms, hooks fell off the holders, cupboards that were not wiped out, yard work way over due. Not as portrayed in the photos.
