"My family and I loved our weekend at Siobhan's property. It ticked all of our boxes; great location, dog friendly, spaces to accommodate our large group, including comfortable seating for everyone. Sitting out on the large front balcony was lovely. The table tennis was a hit with the kids and the house was very well equipped. Siobhan's communication was prompt and helpful and the process was smooth and easy. We will definitely be returning."

"Great place to stay and unwind with friends and family. The house is large and has plenty of living spaces. Barbecue is great fire pit was a little overgrown. Plenty of beds and they were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen utensils, which is amazing. Kayaks were alot of fun! Looking forward to staying again soon."
THE SHACK - GOOLWA CENTRAL

"The mattress was putrid and the smell genuinely was sickening. I tried to sleep on top of the quilt cover to mask the disgusting smell underneath but I just couldn’t. I tried to find another place last minute at 8pm and wasn’t able to. It wasn’t possible to sleep and I attended my function the next day exhausted and promptly went home. No coffee / tea or other amenities available as advertised. Toilet is actually outside in the freezing cold separate to the house which was not mentioned either. Old caked-on linty dust covers the bed head and there are stains all over the blinds if you dare touch the cords. The entire shack wreaked on stale cigarette smoke also, like suffocatingly strong. When I arrived that night every single window was open airing it out and it was freezing cold and raining so not only a disgustingly putrid smell to be greeted with but freezing cold too and its not insulated, just a basic besser block “shack” so very drafty. The split system AC fan doesn’t work so the fan stays on high either very cold or very hot. Traumatised. "

"Unfortunately there was a lot of water stain on the roof of the cabin we stayed in and you could tell it was pretty old with a terribly patched up hole in the bathroom. The facilities at the park were amazing however and the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when the key broke off in the door. "
