Nous sommes des habituĂ©s de ce logement...deux salles de bain les literies sont trĂšs bien sauf pour le 4eme lit qui se trouve a mĂȘme le sol avec des lattes en bois mais sans pieds..serviettes et kid de mettoyage fournis mais pas pour le lave vaisselle ..pas de shampooing ni gel douche mais papier toilette fournis Attention on vous demandera une caution qui vous sera rendu aprĂšs vĂ©rification du logement (5 jours depuis le rendu des clefs et toujours pas de remboursement...300 euros quand meme)

Tres bonne Ă©tablissements mais manque de.communication, j ainm du me deplace 2 fois pour une place de parking attribuer mais deja occuper, j ainpayer 25€ pour rentre avant 16h en etant arriver a 14h30 avec une enfant de 3ans on a mis plus d heure pour se garer a l exterieur en fin de compte

L'appartement est agréable et grand. Il y a 2 salles de bain, trÚs pratique avec les enfants. La literie est trÚs dur, si problÚme de dos à éviter. Résidence trÚs propre et trÚs trÚs calme. Piscine fermé au vu de la saison, mais trÚs belle avec un petit bassin pour les bébés. Parc de jeu agréable pour les enfants. Je recommande à 100% pour les familles, trÚs belle terrasse et cuisine équipée. A 10 minutes à pied de PORTAVENTURA.

Please note that these apartments are NOT SERVICED during your stay, only after checkout. Building is new and modern, the Rentalmar reception team are helpful and accommodating and the apartments are in easy walking distance to the beach and also the Port Aventura resort with great wifi. What lets this property down in a big way is the cleanliness and the quality of the furnishings. The dishes, cups and glasses in the kitchen were all dirty and needed to be washed before we could use them. Although all appliances are new, the oven needs a good clean. Bathrooms were relatively clean but could be better and the shower curtains need to be replaced. The biggest disappointment was the comfort of the beds and the quality of the linen and towels. In our opinion these all linen and towels need to be replaced immediately. In such a great apartment block these could be really great. Price however was good as we went out of season.

Apartamento muy ruidoso. Zona comunitaria sin vigilància, a veces habian problemas en la piscina. Estéticamente es un conjunto de edificios nuevos y bonitos pero de mala construcción: no funcionaban los timbres ni interfonos, cuando regresåbamos a horas distintas teníamos que esperar a que entrara algun vecino y después gritar delante del apart. para que vinieran a abrir la puerta (solo nos dieron un juego de llaves). Habia menaje de cocina en estado pésimo (sartenes oxidadas, colador oxidado...) Nuestro apartamento era para 4 personas pero la habitación de los niños solo tenia una cama, la otra estaba debajo plegada de forma que si la dejabas puesta no se podia entrar en la habitación. Nos dijeron que a la semana habria un cambio de toallas y såbanas, estubimos 17 dias sin ningun cambio.

surprise à l'ouverture de l'appart pas de ménage de fait les voisins qui se plaignent d'entendre des enfants jouaient sur le balcon alors qu'on attendait que le ménage se finissent à 18h (par contre à 23h ou 5h du mat de la musique et des bruits de chaises là on dit rien !!!!!) trÚs pres du parc portaventura et de la plage parking un peu petit pour les voitures familiales manque d'informations sur le principe des remises de clefs
