Villa Plata - Brand new luxury villa with heated pool and amazing views

Villa Plata is a brand new, luxury and spacious villa with a state-of-the-art architecture (completed in April 2018). It has magnificent views to the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque white village of Salobreña, with its 15th century Moorish castle that is illuminated at night. The villa also has a private heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m) over a large terrace which is south facing, so you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset.
The bright and ample living room with integrated kitchen have a fantastic view through the glass front with sliding doors that give access to the terrace. There is a comfortable seating area and a dining table in both inside and outside. The outdoor seating area has a large awning, so you can choose whether you want to enjoy the beautiful view in the sun or in the shade. Next to the swimming pool there are comfortable sunbeds where you can relax sunbathing, combined with a swim in the large pool.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances, as well as a cooking island with a number of bar stools, so you can enjoy a wine together while cooking. On the terrace there is a gas BBQ where fresh daily fish can be prepared for a delicious meal. In the utility room you will find the washing machine, the dryer and the freezer.
There are also two spacious bedrooms on this main floor. The master bedroom with king size bed and adjoining bathroom is suitable for people who use a wheelchair. The second bedroom with double bed has a separate bathroom.
On the ground floor there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds and one bedroom has a king size bed. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with a walk-in rain shower; one of them has a bath.
The whole villa has central hot and cold air conditioning, which can be individually regulated in each room. The villa has WIFI and a large number of international TV channels. There is parking space for three cars on site.
Villa Plata is located on the beautiful hillside Monte de los Almendros. The recreation area of ​​the hill is within walking distance. Guests can make free use of the communal tennis court, a large swimming pool, a children's pool, a football pitch and a playground. Additionally there is a small restaurant open during the summer months.
The beach, restaurants and shops are within a 10-minute drive. The airports of Malaga, Granada or Almeria are easily accessible. There are many things to see and to do: the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can also hike, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and in the afternoon you can relax on the beach or by the pool. There is a golf course 10 minute drive away, which is right on the beach. The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as well as the beautiful cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palaces and Malaga with its historic old town, cathedral and Picasso museum.
Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of more than 20 degrees C. October 1st to April 30th: 175 euros per week
May 1st to September 30th: 125 euros per week
