Stunning views of the Mediterranean

A newly renovated home is situated in the most exclusive urbanisation in Salobrena with stunning views of the Mediterranean from all terraces and most windows. It comes with a private infinity pool. It truly is an exceptional home built to enjoy the sunshine and all that the Costa Tropical has to offer. There are two dining terraces and one covered terrace to enjoy the view and shade when the Spanish sun is too much. Great for reading a book in the afternoon. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities and the third twin bedroom has an allocated shower room. The kitchen is modern and has all the equipment you might need to enjoy your holiday, including Nespresso machine and a full size American style fridge freezer. There is a terrace just off the kitchen to enjoy breakfast and the views overlooking the infinity pool towards the sea. The evening dining terrace is equipped with two barbecues - a Weber charcoal and also a gas for convenience. The beautiful covered terrace has a sofa and two comfortable armchairs to enjoy. There is varied selection of books and games and also a smart tv.
