PUSHE Salobreña Sun Tradition 2 is ideal for enjoying the sun and sea all year round, whether it's a well deserved holiday, a few days of relaxation or taking advantage of the benefits of teleworking and changing the views of the office for a unique environment. It is located on the beachfront, in Salobreña and just a few minutes by car from the Los Moriscos golf course in Playa Granada (Motril) and allows you to enjoy the sunny and pleasant climate that the Tropical Coast of Granada offers all year round. The apartment is structured on 2 floors and has a large terrace. Our guests can enjoy all the necessary services to complete a wonderful stay: free Wi Fi throughout the stay, air conditioning with heat pump, free private parking, TV with streaming services, etc. It has two communal saltwater swimming pools (one of them shallow) that complement everything necessary to enjoy a pleasant and peaceful environment. If your property has a private or communal pool, please check the opening dates and times with PUSHE staff. Dates and times may vary depending on weather conditions or administrative or governmental restrictions. General Sale Conditions of PUSHE SL Payment Conditions 1\. Outstanding Balance The reservation must be paid in full before the delivery of the keys. 2\. Refundable Deposit To cover possible damages to the property, the client must pay a deposit by credit card 7 days before check in. The specific amount of this deposit will be indicated on the property's file. It will be returned 7 days after check out if there is no damage. Number of Guests It is strictly forbidden to accommodate more guests in the tourist accommodation than that declared in the reservation. According to RD 933/2021, it is mandatory to register all guests. Client Responsibility 1\. Use of the Accommodation By making a reservation with PUSHE SL, the client and their companions undertake to use the property appropriately, exempting PUSHE SL from any liability for damages that may arise from such use. The property will never be considered the client's residence. 2\. Valuables PUSHE SL is not responsible for valuables that clients bring with them or leave in the property during their stay. 3\. Damages Caused The client will be responsible for damages caused to the property, except for normal wear and tear associated with daily use of the accommodation. Other Issues 1\. Specific Rules of the Accommodation In all PUSHE SL properties, a list of the specific rules of the accommodation is available to the client. Arrivals and Departures 1\. Arrival Check in at properties managed by PUSHE SL can take place between 15:00 and 17:00\. For arrivals in person outside these hours, an additional charge may apply, depending on the property. This will be communicated by message in the booking confirmation. 2\.
