Don't waste your money here! We booked thier best suite, water for the jacuzzi tub was tepid at best, the mechanism that emptied the tub was broken so we had to leave it full, shower water was equally unpleasant in temperature. The bathroom smelt so bad with a sewage aroma it woke us in the early hours and we had to open the bathroom window and our patio doors to rid the room of the awful stench. The reception staff did not seem surprised when we shared our concerns and offered nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders and a weak apology,we left early feeling dissapointed and nauseous from breathing in the sewage fumes from the bathroom.

It was a very nice resort with gorgeous views of the sunset and sunrise. It caters to tour busses, so the meals are buffet style. We ate dinner, which was good for a buffet. It's is up on a cliff from the beach, so there's no easy beach access and it's a10 min drive from the town. Parts of the property and surroundings are falling into disrepair, but the parts where guests are staying are nice and clean.

Friendly reception staff with good English. Upgraded to recently refurbished room with comfy bed and modern bathroom. No hassle parking. Not in Salobrena (very close) but suited our needs. Breakfast OK but no fresh juice or coffee (included in price). Overall, great value for money.

We had a booking for Best Western Salobrena, for 26th August 2017. When we arrived we were given room 226, (see attached pictures), unfortunately I cannot attach a smell. It turned out this room had already been rejected by one of the place in the sun crew. Since then we have been moved to another hotel, which is much better. we assumed the hotel would be in good repair and have a pleasant aroma.

Difficult to find late at night even with a GPS. Lighting bad on sign. Bathroom clean except for cup coaster covers. They were old and reused. The bed decor as well as the beds themselves could use an update. I can see this as a great place to stay if the rooms were updated. The pool and view looks outstanding. Lastly, business PC and printer were not working when I tried to use it.

Nice size outdoor pool, clean and warm. Fantastic views from the balcony and terraces. Decent bufet breakfast and lunch. Great location for relaxing

Very tired hotel. Needs updating.
Disappointed. Noisy late at night and early in the morning, the hotel staff were dragging tables and chairs about, making a terrible noise with no consideration for the guests. It didn't help that they had 2 conference rooms on our level.

Nice hotel
Stayed here just one night while passing through the area. Received an upgrade to an ocean front room. The room was large and very clean. The hotel has plenty of common areas to relax. The outdoor pool area was spacious and well kept. We did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on the food quality. Overall a great experience.

Located on a peninsula
....about 4 km from the town centre. We didn't walk in as it seems it's along a main road. There are buses but not at the weekend, taxi cost 10 Euro. In Salobrena there's a nice old town and a good beach with a good selection of restaurants. Clean, clear, warm swimming! The hotel is good in a 1960s way. Nice staff and good service. There was an issue with our bill but it was quickly and politely resolved. We all enjoyed eating outside by the grill, good food, wine and excellent service. This is a good stop over for a few days.

Nice secluded location. The hotel is past its heyday, and could use a renovation - but the pool is nice and the views are spectacular. Please note: This hotel is not situated near the beach. It will take a short car ride or a long walk to get there.

You should avoid this hotel by all means. Dirty room, uncomfortable bed, disgusting smell inside the room. Even inexpensive price is not able to compensate our dissatisfaction with this hotel. We were very happy, when we left it the next morning.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and it is always one of my first choices for a break from Granada, when the weather is warm. The view is one of the best of any hotel I have stayed in. I had a minor problem in that I booked 2 rooms in the club part of the hotel which is nicer, but when we got there we were informed that it was not possible to stay in the club part of the hotel because it was booked. The manager gave us a discount to stay in the usual rooms but the view was not a great as in the club rooms. the hotel is a little run down but it si still OK. the pool is very nice!

Contratamos la media pension para los 4 dias que pasamos alli y he de decir que la cena fue espantosa y una tomadura de pelo, yo no volveria a cogerla. La noche del sabado, como habia bastante gente pues fue normal, dentro de lo que se espera pero el resto de noches colo eramos 4 gatos en el comedor, no habia nada, patético. Por no haber, no habia ni personal, el cocinero era el camarero, tuvo que venir el recepcionista a ponernos las bebidas....de pena. Suplen con un personal majisimo las carencias del buffet porque te da vergüenza protestar a gente tan maja. De 4 cenas, solo una aceptable pero yo pague el mismo precio por todas. No lo recomiendo y tiron de orejas para la dirección

Me gusto mucho el cuidado y la limpeza de la habitación. No me gusto el servicio y atención recibida: no se me informó a la llegada de horarios, instalaciones, actividades... Estube dos días sin agua caliente, y ni siquiera se disculparon. Tomarme un café con media tostada por la mañana suponía algo menos de una hora. Mal servico de cafetería.

La comunicación con hoteles.com tienen que mejorarse, no encontraron mi reserva en ningún momento. Lo solucionaron bien. El cambio de ropa de baño y de cama es muy mejorable. El resto muy bien, piscina muy buena pero el mobiliario (hay que renovarlo ya). Restaurante muy bien. Vistas inmejorables. Personal agradable y correcto
