Salobreña: Beautiful, cosy, comfortable apartment block "Marina", 5 storeys. In the district of Paseo Marítimo de Salobreña, 2 m from the sea, 2 m from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: lawn, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 31.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis. In the house: WiFi, lift, washing machine. Roofed, parking space n 22 (for 2 cars). Shop 500 m, supermarket 245 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Playa de la charca" 24 m, diving center 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Motril 5 km, Castillo de Salobreña 1 km, Almuñecar 8 km, Campo de golf, Alpujarras, Nerja. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Valle de Lecrin, Sierra Tejeda, Sierra Almijara. Please note: lift to 5th floor. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
