Just a stone’s throw away, explore the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, a preserved area offering a wide variety of landscapes, nature walks, and opportunities to observe local flora and fauna. The cottage features: On the ground floor: - A large garage for one car with a bathroom (shower) for when you return from the beach. On the 1st floor, accessible from the entryway via an interior staircase: - A living-dining room with a sofa and TV, opening onto a large balcony (small electric tabletop grill), - A fully equipped separate kitchen with a dining table. - Separate bathroom. On the second floor: - A hallway with a table and board games. - Bedroom 1: 1 bed (140x190 cm) and 1 bed (90x190 cm). - Bedroom 2: one 140x190cm bed. - Bathroom with tub and toilet. Electric heating available at an additional cost; housekeeping is optional. Street parking available for a second car.
