On the ground floor: 1 entryway-kitchen, 1 bedroom with a full shower room and 2 90-cm beds
Upstairs: 1 living room with a 140-cm sofa bed and a half-bath, 1 bedroom with a full bathroom and 2 90-cm beds.
You have access to a terrace with patio furniture and a private parking space.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Off-season: Every day (to be arranged with the owner).
- Summer season 2023 (July 8 to 1 September): Saturday to Saturday.

- The tenant shall occupy the property with due care and diligence for the duration of the rental.
- The tenant shall return the key to the property on the day of departure at the agreed-upon time.

GUARANTEES AND MAINTENANCE OF RENTED PROPERTY.

As a security deposit to cover any damage that may be caused to the premises, the furnishings, or the items within the property, the tenant agrees to pay the sum of 150 euros on the day of arrival. The security deposit is held in trust and not cashed: it will be returned to you by mail within 2 weeks following the end of your stay.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. The tenant may request the cleaning service option at any time for 70 euros (seventy euros).
