"The room was fairly clean. There was trash under the pull out sofa. The bathroom is in-between the little living room and bedroom and isn't big enough even for a sink. The place is very old and the walls seem paper thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations. Also a new building is being built next door and the noise from there is loud and starts early.There was no staff there because we booked Tues-Thurs, which meant the lounge and restaurant were closed. That was disappointing and had I realized that, I wouldn't have booked. Also there is no physical key or card so you use an app on your phone to unlock the door. This sometimes took multiple tries leaving us standing there for a few minutes. I have the newest iPhone and work in software, I would say the app is glitchy at best.We ended up not staying the second night and did not bother to try to cancel because of the time. Not mad, just disappointed. "

"It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . I booked this stay as a single mum and we took a walk which is actually a small Hike to get to the beach only to find out that its access is closed due to erosion. I feel That this should have been told to us upon checking in. Ultimately it made us really sad and it was not a great spring break. "

"Great place to stay! Kid friendly and perfect for dogs! Plenty of games to play. My house doesn't have stairs so that was new for the dogs. Love that there were pet bowls and towls for them the dogs. I didn't know if there was hot tub towls so I took some but didn't need to use them. There was planty of towels and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Well stocked kitchen for at home cooking. The beach is within walking distance and Side Door Cafe one of my favorite places to go. We would definitely stay again. "
