"So there is a cemetery directly across the street and in full view...for those of you who get spooked by that kinda stuff. Good overall location just off the highway. Walking distance to a really nice Thai spot. (I absolutely love their yellow chicken curry) The hotel offers a nice coffee machine with lots of options including a very good hot chocolate. Foot traffic noise can be annoying so I do recommend getting a room away from the office area if possible"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this well appointed, lovely house that is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the clubhouse where the pool, tennis courts and bocce ball court are located. Gina is a great host. We definitely plan on returning!"

"What an amazing property!! Beautiful views of the ocean, we could see dolphins swimming by from the living room window of this property! You can watch whales in the bay with the telescope! You feel like you have your own private beach, as the property is quiet and not overcrowded - great for walking on the beach! we saw sea lions, seals and sea otters on the beach and in the ocean. Just minutes away from Moss Landing pier, which was perfect for a whale watching excursion and kayaking!! Also, right outside of the complex we were able to schedule horseback riding on the beach! Close enough to some good restaurant options with grocery stores within driving distance. Nice laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchen! Close to a cute coffee shop and many local farmers markets with fresh produce! A short drive to Monterey and Carmel! What a charming property and relaxing vacation!! 5 stars all the way!!"

"This house was exactly what our family needed — an intimate memory maker and a true stress buster.The beautifully remodeled kitchen made it easy to cook meals at home and gather around the table together, while the comfortable family room became our spot for movies, board games, and just hanging out as a family. With three teenage boys, those simple moments together are increasingly precious.And then there’s the beach. Just steps from the house, we spent hours in the sun and sand, with the sound of the waves always in the background. The location feels peaceful and tucked away while still giving you effortless access to everything you come to the coast for.We’ve been coming to this beach as a family for six years, and this was one of our favorite stays. Quiet, comfortable, beautifully updated, and perfectly set up for slowing down and spending time together. We left relaxed, recharged, and very grateful for the memories we made here. We would absolutely return. Thank you Amy!"

"The view and proximity to the beach was great! Perfect amount of rooms and bathrooms for 8 people. The beds were really comfortable. Great amount of space. Check out was really easy. Not much you have to do.The cons, the carpet had a lot of stains and the house smelled like urine. Not sure if it’s b/c the house is pet friendly. We had to open the windows pretty much our whole stay b/c of the strong urine odor.I would rate this townhouse stay an 8/10."
