"Serene condo. It was the perfect spring break for my family of 6. We spent a lot of time walking along the beach and relaxing on the back patio watching the sunset. This is our return trip from 2021. Perfect destination to escape the business of everyday life "

"This hotel is a short drive to Monterey or even Santa cruz. It's not your average hotel where you wonder if the people are on vacation or if they're actually living there. It's right on the water which is near the Elkhorn Slough. You might see otters in the water and there are a variety of birds right outside of your window. The room was super cute. You have access to the shared kitchen and dining room in the house on the property. I will definitely be staying there again."

"A very roomy and comfortable house that was clean and well stocked with linens, pot, pans, dishes and utensils.Amazing view of the ocean and so close to the beach. "

"Lovely location, unparalleled views. House in very good condition. Nice furniture, good beds.Not nearly as well equipped as others in the complex. Not enough toilet tissue, 1/2 box of kleenex and 1/2 of a scrub sponge left for 11 night stay for 6 people."gourmet kitchen: had 4 wine stemmed wine glasses 3 of which matched lots of other odds and ends from multiple sets in glassware. Plates and silverware were fine."

"Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. It was difficult to find the switch for the gas fireplace which was the only heat in the room and it was very cold, window open, when we arrived late in the evening (host was notified of late arrival.) The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of preference but a softer bed would have been preferred. The room was clean and the view was fantastic."
