This charming holiday home in Veli Rat offers comfortable space for up to 6 people on 90 m². The accommodation has two cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils for self-catering. Gut, aber ausbaufähig für den Preis.
Ruhige Lage, guter Ausblick, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, eigener Parkplatz (für größere Fahrzeuge wie Pickups aber zu klein)
Kleine Renovierungsarbeiten von Nöten, bei der Küche lösen sich die auflaminierten Holzapplikationen teils schon ab. Dusche an den Schiebetüren schimmelig oder einfach nur schmutzig? Grillplatz hinterm Haus "ungünstig" gelegen, keine Reinigungsmöglichkeiten z.B. mittels Drahtbürste vorhanden. Neuanstrich der Fassade würde ich empfehlen für eine strahlendere Erscheinung
