Location, could not have been better, it’s right close enough to everything, but set back enough to feel secluded and exclusive. I absolutely loved the style of this hotel also, it felt very alpine indeed. The restaurant ’Winter’ was absolutely first class, I became completely addicted to the pepper steak (I had 3x!). The breakfast was also spot on. The New Year’s Eve dinner was very special they somehow managed to dish up half a lobster for everyone, perfectly cooked and delivered with style! A special thank you to Sarah for your hospitality and friendly service. The head chef was also very involved often coming into the restaurant to check everything was in good order. Room was great and gave that cosy alpine feel, it didn’t need to be flashy as it just gives so much in charm and character.
